Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using TrainerDesk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using TrainerDesk you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@trainerdesk.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our written consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

4. Subscription & Billing

TrainerDesk offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software included in the Service are the property of TrainerDesk or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property outside of normal use of the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (client data, workout programs, etc.). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. TrainerDesk is a business management tool — it is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
